I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2004, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of guiding students through every stage of life — through challenges, transitions, healing, and growth. Private sessions are where deep transformation happens.

In a private class, I’m fully focused on you — your body, your breath, your emotional and energetic needs, and your Life as a whole. Each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, supporting you with compassion, insight, and the wisdom of traditional Yoga.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, heal from injury or trauma, or reconnect with your inner self, these one-on-one sessions are a safe and sacred space for transformation.

Gentle Restorative Yoga

This pre-recorded Gentle Restorative Yoga class is done while lying down and works every part of your body. For proper posture, a meditation cushion should be used during meditation. The magic of this class is combining the breath with every movement. As we focus on the body and the breath, the mind settles down, and by the end of class, we can sit in meditation. This class will energize you for the day ahead or ensure a peaceful night's sleep if done in the evening.
