Kathleen S. McPhillips is a deeply intuitive healer, mystic and spiritual teacher who has devoted her life to guiding others toward wholeness, healing, and soulful living. With over twenty years of experience teaching Yoga both privately and publicly, Kathleen brings grounded wisdom and gentle strength to every aspect of her work.

She spent six years immersed in a Traditional School of Yoga and furthered her studies and certification in India, enriching her practice with authentic lineage and devotion. Kathleen has led Yoga and spiritual retreats throughout the Hudson Valley and the Adirondack Region, creating sacred spaces for men and women to journey inward, connect with their truth, and restore balance in their lives.

In addition to her Yoga path, Kathleen has studied Multidimensional Healing and Soul Activation for over two years, expanding her healing abilities and deepening her intuitive gifts. As a Reiki Master and Soul Activation Practitioner, she offers powerful energy work and spiritual guidance that support transformation on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
